Manager Mastermind: Fitness Edition

The Manager Mastermind will focus on training, role play, coaching and accountability for those in management positions or those in-training. Essentially, we will be taking them on as our personal mentees with the primary intention of growing your bottom line. They will learn how to prioritize increasing revenue, building a strong team, and creating a community of connection.

Managers need TRAINING:

Each week, there will be TWO opportunities for manager specific training. The LIVE calls each week will cover the fundamentals of being an efficient manager. We will spend at least 30 minutes of each call doing some form of role play or skill development. These WILL be the top performing managers in the industry.

Managers need COACHING:

Each week on the LIVE call, we will work through problems and challenges that each manager is having. Not only will the calls help those managers, but everyone on the call who is listening in will benefit.

Managers need ACCOUNTABILITY:

Every month, your manager will have a private call with us where we will review the studio’s data and statistics, use of their time throughout the week, and their effectiveness in their effort for each. We won't accept excuses for incomplete work or mediocrity in effort. Managers could lose their spot if it is decided the work is not being done or taken seriously.

When does the course start and finish?
You can join at anytime. All previous course recordings are available in the platform. There will be a series of pre-recorded webinars each manager should review to be prepared to begin the work load assigned.
When do the LIVE training classes take place?
Each week, you will have TWO options to attend class. One option will be Tuesdays at 11am PST/ 2pm EST. The other will be Fridays at 7am PST/ 10am EST. You may attend one, or both classes each week. The training topic will be the same. However, the role play and hot seat style coaching will benefit anyone on the call. The replay will be available but is not a good regular substitute for attending LIVE each week.
Who is this program for?
This program is for managers (or managers-in-training) that need help developing their skills, appropriate coaching and accountability. This program is for those that want to be the best. It is my mission that these are the top 20 performing managers in the industry.
When do the private coaching calls take place?
Each manager will receive one 30-minute private coaching call a month. These calls will be used to review studio data and stats that determine the health of the business. Data will be due every week to ensure the manager is aware and responding to the studio's needs. We will also collect time blocks each week to be reviewed on our private calls to ensure that time is being spent efficiently throughout the week. Owners are welcomed and encouraged to attend. *Calls cannot be carried over from month to month
What is the time commitment?
Managers should plan to spend an hour a week on at least ONE LIVE training call. The other work involved (tracking and keeping stats, updating data, time blocking, required observation of the team, studying, etc.) are not EXTRA operations but should be considered the necessary tasks required for successful studio managers.
